A washed Chiroso from the Urrao region of Colombia, grown by a group of local producers. This coffee traces its genetic roots to Ethiopia and shows in the cup, drinking closer to a washed Ethiopian than most Colombians with honey, lemon peel, and rhubarb running through it.
