Producer Ture Waji partners with smallholder farmers in Bookkisa Village to bring you this washed coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, grown at 2000-2150 meters above sea level. The high altitude combined with extended washed fermentation imparts unique fruit character not often found in Ethiopian coffee today. Expect classic floral and citrus notes alongside mandarin, lemon, and a rich honey finish.
