Grown at Fazenda Boa Vista in western Minas Gerais, Brazil, this coffee thrives at 1,150 meters altitude where annual rainfall reaches 1,720mm. The Laurina and Aramosa varieties are harvested in May-June and processed using the honey method to preserve natural sweetness. Bright lemon acidity balances white peach fruitiness with a honeyed finish that reflects both its varietal character and careful processing.
