Ethiopie - Washed Guji

Roaster notes

From the organic highlands of Ethiopia's Guji zone, these heirloom beans are grown at 1834–2070 meters altitude in a cool microclimate where they mature slowly. The washed processing removes all fruit flesh to reveal the variety's true character: floral, fresh and transparent. A light roast preserves every nuance—jasmine, honeysuckle, bergamot, fresh orange and a hint of blueberry—in a crystal-clear, elegant cup.
