Luis Alfredo Díaz grows this washed Caturra at Finca La Armenia in Pitalito, Huila at 1,750 metres elevation. Cherries are hand-picked and undergo a two-stage fermentation before drying on shaded raised beds, producing a clean cup with green apple, apricot, rhubarb and custard notes.
