This single-origin coffee comes from Sítio Morro Preto, a family farm in Muzambino, Sul de Minas, Brazil where Tiago de Almeida's family has cultivated coffee for over 80 years since his great-grandfather Joaquim emigrated from Portugal. Anaerobically processed Red Catuaí beans grown at 1100 meters altitude deliver a bright cup with notes of honeydew melon, apple, and apricot.
