La Joyería, Colombia

Roaster notes

La Joyería is a special lot processed at the main mill on Santa Bárbara Estate in Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at 1,700 metres altitude as 100% Colombia varietal, this coffee uses a distinctive two-day fermentation method inspired by small farmers throughout the region. The result is a fruit-forward espresso with notes of plum and cacao.
