Roaster notes

This fully washed coffee comes from the Kagumo wet mill in Kirinyaga County, where 1,561 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to the Mutira Farmer Cooperative Society. Grown at 1,550 metres on the slopes of Mt. Kenya in nutrient-rich red soils, this lot is processed with local river water and dried on raised tables under the sun. The cup reveals bright lychee and gooseberry notes characteristic of high-altitude Kenyan coffee.
