Ethiopia Aricha Washed

Roaster notes

This Grade 1 coffee comes from the Aricha washing station, where cherries are hand sorted, fermented for 36 to 48 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for about 18 days. Traditional Ethiopian farming methods mean farmers intercrop their sometimes very old coffee trees with food crops, creating organic conditions by default without fertilizers or pesticides. The cup delivers an elegant body with sweetness and balanced acidity, featuring black tea and apricot notes leading to a long finish.
