Roaster notes

This washed Red Bourbon from Rwanda's Nyabihu District grows slowly at 1,850 meters under cool conditions, giving the coffee a clear structure and fine tension. The washed processing highlights freshness and transparency with a clean, delicate sweetness. In filter preparation it reveals bright apricot and lemonade notes alongside a refined black tea character, while as espresso it offers red currant and dried apricot with a soft sweetness and dry finish.
