This Geisha coffee comes from La Sonora farm in Tolima's hills, where 21-year-old fourth-generation producer Ronald Castaño planted his first Geisha trees for his graduation project. Processed using an anaerobic honey method, the cup is floral and effervescent with remarkable clarity—delicate but defined notes of bergamot, cherry blossom, and sage emerge from this exceptional lot grown across 8 hectares alongside avocado, guava, walnut trees, and three natural water springs.
