Äthiopien Refisa Washed

This washed coffee comes from the Refisa post-harvest facility in West Arsi, Ethiopia, located over 200 km south of Addis Ababa where heirloom varieties grow at altitudes exceeding 2200 meters. More than 600 smallholder farmers bring their cherries to this Testi Coffee processing station, all certified organic, where the beans are processed using the washed method—dried without fruit flesh for a cleaner cup profile. The resulting coffee showcases bright, fruity characteristics with notes of white currant, bergamot, and gooseberry that reflect the distinctive terroir of Ethiopia's West Arsi region.
