This Peruvian Geisha comes from Bill Klinton's farm El Romerillo, named for the romerillo trees shading the plantation. Grown as high-altitude forest-grown mountain coffee, it undergoes a hybrid washed process with anaerobic fermentation and secondary fermentation in mucilage before washing and drying. The result is an expressive cup featuring intense floral notes of magnolia alongside fresh fruit flavors of peach and tangerine.
