Nicaragua Santa Maria

Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee hails from Santa Maria, a family-run farm in Nicaragua's Aranjuez region where third-generation producer Victor Robelo cultivates Red and Yellow Catuai under natural shade within La Reserva El Arenal protected forest. The cherries are carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness and slowly dried on raised beds for approximately 40 days to preserve their inherent sweetness. The result is a fruit-forward cup with notes of plum, cherry, and brown sugar—bright, clear, and smooth enough to shine in both filter brewing and espresso.
