Sourced from the high-altitude communities of Inkawasi in Peru’s Cusco region, this coffee is a collective effort by over a thousand smallholder farmers. The cooperative has recently revived its natural processing methods using grain-pro fermentation bags to enhance quality and consistency. This approach honors ancestral Andean values of reciprocity while producing Arabica with a balanced profile of body, sweetness, and aroma.
