Cultivated by Bibiana Mena and Diego López since 2010, Finca La Cumbre spans a steep terrain ranging from 1750 to 2100 meters above sea level. The farm’s significant elevation gradient creates distinct ripening timelines, with lower slopes maturing well before the higher peaks. To navigate these challenging hillsides, a cable car was installed in 2017, facilitating efficient transport of cherries and supplies across the diverse landscape.
