Grown on the Rio Brilhante farm in Minas Gerais, this coffee features the rare Aramosa variety, a cross of Arabica and Racemosa known for its natural drought resistance and significantly lower caffeine content. The cherries are hand-picked and slow-dried to produce a clean cup with floral aromatics and bright citrus notes. Expect flavors of macadamia, milk chocolate, and blackberry in every sip.
