Roaster notes

This Ethiopian single origin comes from a selection of over-sixty-year-old heirloom trees planted by Khalid Shifa's father in the Limmu region, grown under forest canopy at 1751-2000 meters altitude. The natural process yields an indulgent cup reminiscent of classic Moka profiles—spicy and chocolatey with a round, dense body. Aromas of milk chocolate, almonds, and butter give way to flavors of almond butter, dark chocolate, cardamom, and jasmine, finishing with lingering orange zest tones.
