Fazenda Santa Cruz is owned by Francisco Sonseca Figueiredo, who has worked in coffee since childhood. This Yellow Catucai varietal tastes like milk chocolate with creamy almond notes and a slight hint of orange—reminiscent of Kinder Bueno. The farm dedicates 180 hectares to their own nature reserve alongside 650 hectares of coffee cultivation.
