Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza is a pioneer in regenerative agriculture that has served as a model for many other producers. While known for the Bob O-Link project, they produce very little coffee themselves, making this a rare allocation. The cup delivers notes of dried apricot, milk chocolate, almonds and walnuts—clean and round with medium acidity perfectly integrated to bring depth and balance.
