Ethiopia Idido

Roaster notes

Idido Natural is a sundried coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown by small producers around the Idido area at 2,000-2,200 meters elevation under local shade trees including Wanza, Girar and Weyira. The natural process gives this coffee a juicy fruit profile with plenty of sweetness, while the high elevation keeps the cup clean and lively. In the cup: strawberry, blueberry and red grape.
