Roaster notes

This coffee comes from small farmers at the Gerba Dogo Washing Station in Ethiopia's Guji region, grown at 2100-2300 metres altitude. Through natural processing where intact cherries dry with their skin and pulp, this lot achieves remarkable clarity - very sweet and rich in fruit and flowers without any sign of fermentation. The cup delivers strawberries, blueberries, honeydew melon, and a large bouquet of flowers alongside a syrupy body and gigantic sweetness.
