Lala Salama Decaf is an exceptional specialty coffee from Ethiopia that demonstrates decaffeinated coffee can be full of character, depth, and elegance. Behind this special roasted coffee stand Hester and Dawit Syoum, who rebuilt the farm of Dawit's grandfather in the heart of Ethiopia and transformed it into a sustainable learning and meeting place. Gently decaffeinated using the natural CO₂ process, the delicate aromas and lively structure remain fully preserved, revealing intense notes of blueberry, strawberry, white chocolate, and floral nuances in the cup.
