This coffee comes from Yunguilla farm, part of Juan Peña's production network in Ecuador's high Andean valleys where steep terrain and cool mountain nights shape coffees of clarity and sweetness. The Sidra variety—believed to combine Bourbon and Typica genetics with Ethiopian lineage—delivers a cup balancing body, clarity, and expressive florality through careful agronomy and precise washed processing. Roasted ultra-light to let nuances shine, it offers bright lemon and bergamot aromatics layered with raspberry and blueberry sweetness, finishing with chocolate and toffee depth.
