Grown at La Reserva in southern Huila by Marlon Rojas, this washed Bourbon Ají coffee reflects a return to family roots and a passion for quality. The cup is super juicy and fruity with bright bergamot acidity and date-like sweetness. Clean tasting notes of mango, fig, and star anise make it delicious as both filter and light-bodied espresso.
