Sourced from the Akha hill tribe village of Mae Jan Tai in Northern Thailand, this washed coffee reflects a history of crop substitution and high-altitude volcanic terroir. The cherries undergo a unique double-staged fermentation before being sun-dried to preserve their clean character. Expect a bright cup with distinct notes of star anise, cashew, and date that shine particularly well in milk-based drinks.
