This coffee from Peru's Cajamarca region was named 'Carnaval' by exporter Cultivar for its daring, unexpected and fun character. A blend of four smallholder farmers' coffees, it features an extended washed fermentation process that creates more pronounced fruit notes than typical Peruvian coffees. The cup delivers a sweet profile with flavors of plum, red apple, almond, and salted caramel.
