Cultivated by the Flores family in El Diamante, this Peruvian coffee is grown at high altitude where a cool, rainy climate shapes its unique character. The beans undergo careful selective picking and extended fermentation before being dried in ventilated houses to preserve quality. This meticulous process yields a washed arabica with a smooth cup profile featuring distinct notes of almond, caramel, and plum.
