Sango’s fifth anniversary celebration features this Ethiopian lot from Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, sourced by SNAP from smallholder farms and processed at the Danche station. The unique hydro honey method involves a multi-stage fermentation with olive wood smoke, yielding a rich, fruity cup profile. Expect vibrant notes of fresh blueberry and ripe banana balanced by sweet, herbal cardamom aromatics.
