Beshasha
Roaster notes
From Jimma in western Ethiopia comes this washed coffee from Mustefa Abakeno's 18-hectare farm at 2,040 meters elevation. His Beshasha wet mill processes both his own harvest and that of neighboring outgrowers who collectively manage parcels ranging from four to ten hectares. The cup delivers smooth, delicate sweet tea-like flavors with notes of black tea, peach, and black currant—enjoyable as both pourovers and espressos.
