This single-origin coffee comes from Ibrahim Kiganda's 'Mountain Harvest' farm on Mount Elgon in Uganda. Processed using an experimental natural anaerobic method, it delivers the vibrant, expressive character of fermentation while staying true to Ugandan coffee's juicy, fruity nature. The light roast highlights notes of purple fruit, cacao nibs, and açai.
