This decaffeinated coffee from Nicaragua combines hand-picked lots from Finca El Paraiso in Mosonte and Los Suyates in Dipilto, crafted by Claudia into a soft, full-bodied blend with fruity tones. Processed using carbonic maceration natural and wet-aged methods at the Bridazul station, then decaffeinated via the CR3 method in Bremen that preserves the coffee's original character. The cup delivers a rich body with notes of dates and cocoa nibs—a tribute named "Que Barbariberrydad" honoring Claudia's favorite expression.
