Roaster notes

This washed Catuai from Honduras' Marcala region comes from Café Orgánico Marcala – COMSA, a smallholder cooperative founded in 2001 by producers mostly belonging to the indigenous Lena group. Working with Costa Rican partners since 2003, these farmers have focused on organic cultivation and continuous quality improvements throughout their production chain. The result is a very mild coffee offering notes of apricot and milk chocolate with an incomparable, pleasant berry-like finish.
