Roaster notes

This organic coffee comes from ANEI, an organization of 600 families belonging to four indigenous native communities in Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and Serranía del Perijá. Founded in 1995 by Aurora Izquierdo, the first Arhuaca woman from Yewrwa to study in Bogotá, ANEI uses coffee to promote cultural heritage while improving living conditions for farmer communities. The washed process yields a cup with notes of plum, cacao, and apple.
