This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Sidamo region arrives via Refisa washing station, grown at 2100–2300 meters where slow ripening develops intense flavors. The cup delivers bright acidity and a round body with an intensely aromatic character featuring peach iced tea, orange, and floral notes. A classic heirloom variety from one of Ethiopia's highest-quality growing areas offers a distinctly tea-like drinking experience.
