Geisha is one of the rarest varietals in the world, and finding it grown in Brazil is rarer still. This micro lot comes from Fazenda Santa Mônica (Eldorado) at 1,200 meters in Alta Mogiana, Minas Gerais—the result of years of trust between Brazuca Coffee and producer Jean Vilhena Faleiros. The natural process amplifies the Geisha's luminous peach sweetness, bright orange acidity, and a long floral finish that lingers like a memory.
