El Turpial Ethiopian Landrace

Roaster notes

This Ethiopian Landrace coffee from Emerson Felipe Narváez's El Turpial farm in Cumbitara, Nariño is rarely grown in Colombia and has been carefully adapted to high-altitude conditions at 2000-2780 masl. The washed process features extended fermentation—48 hours in whole cherry followed by 32 hours in mucilage—before drying on raised beds. In the cup, expect pronounced complexity with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and earl grey tea.
