This Ethiopian coffee comes from Testi Coffee, a family-owned business deeply rooted in the West Arsi Zone that operates post-harvest facilities throughout southern Ethiopia. Their Refisa processing station sits in a village over 400 kilometers south of Addis Ababa, where more than 600 smallholder farmers bring their organic-certified cherries for careful washed preparation at elevations above 2200 meters. The resulting cup showcases the bright, fruity character typical of Ethiopian coffees with notes of gooseberry, white currant, and bergamot.
