Caxambu Rubi is a Brazilian hybrid varietal from Sul de Minas, produced by Carmen Lúcia Chaves de Brito—a powerhouse producer and former president of the Brazil Speciality Coffee Association. Naturally processed at elevations between 970-1,200 meters, this lot showcases the variety's signature ripe fruit depth with notes of apricot brandy, red grape, and caramel. This coffee was shipped from Brazil to France via sail ship as part of a special series from her Caxambu farm.
