Gotiti is produced by 868 smallholder farmers in Ethiopia's Gedeb woreda, where coffee grows beneath acacia and false banana trees in the cool, forested highlands of Yirgacheffe. Delivered by foot or mule to the local washing station, each lot is carefully separated, washed, fermented, and dried to preserve clarity and traceability. This single-origin Ethiopian coffee showcases the distinctive character of its mountainous terroir through meticulous smallholder production methods.
