Roaster notes

This Colombian coffee from the Palestina region of Huila presents an exceptional tropical profile with very light body and green banana acidity complemented by dried flower aromatics. Produced through anoxic natural processing, this micro-lot is roasted in Toulouse as part of a direct trade program via LaREB. The cup offers one of the least chocolatey profiles available, revealing nuanced tropical character best appreciated through gentle filter methods like V60 or Chemex.
