This natural process coffee comes from Fazenda Fronteira in Socorro, São Paulo, where fifth-generation farmer Ellen Fontana practices a minimum interference approach to cultivation. Her 23-hectare coffee area grows intermingled with banana, avocado, and eucalyptus trees as part of her commitment to environmental preservation—maintaining around 70,000 trees while avoiding pesticides altogether.
