Plum Bum
Roaster notes
Plum Bum hails from the remote Shakiso district of Guji's highlands in Ethiopia, where coffee grows slowly at elevations between 1,950 and 2,150 meters. Cherries are hand-picked by more than 500 smallholder farmers across Tero Kebele before being carefully sorted, depulped, fermented, and fully washed to remove the mucilage. The cup reflects the vibrant clarity and floral elegance Guji coffees are known for — delicate, layered, and remarkably clean with notes of plum, bergamot, and sencha tea.
