Roaster notes

This Vietnamese Robusta from Ea Tan in the Central Highlands grows on fertile red basalt soils at 800–900 meters, where volcanic terroir and stable climate support dense beans. The anaerobic red honey process yields a remarkably smooth cup with rich brown sugar sweetness, notes of dried fruits, chocolate, roasted nuts, and black tea—full-bodied yet low in harshness, ideal for espresso or milk beverages.
