Roaster notes

This coffee comes from hundreds of smallholder members of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society in Kiambu, Kenya. At the cooperative's factories, cherries are sorted before production and processed using dry fermentation, then washed and graded in channels before drying on raised beds. The cup delivers bright blackcurrant and floral notes with a rich plum jam character.
