Roaster notes

This coffee comes from Finca Los Eucaliptos, a small-holding farm in South-Western Colombia near the Ecuador border. Adrián Armero Martínez learned coffee growing from his father and cultivates approximately 7000 coffee trees at 1700m altitude on the slopes of the Andes, just north of the equator. The farm also grows plantain, banana, avocado and citrus for local markets, contributing to a cup with bright banana notes that reflect its lush tropical surroundings.
