This coffee represents Oscar Chacón Cubillo’s fourth harvest from Finca La Esperanza, a farm he has diligently renovated and replanted over six years while balancing university studies. The cherries are processed at the family beneficio of Las Lajas, illustrating a common cooperative approach that leverages shared resources for efficiency. The resulting cup offers bright cherry notes characteristic of Costa Rican origins.
