Roaster notes

The Rodríguez family cultivates this coffee at Finca Floripondio in Bolivia’s Samaipata region, where cooler temperatures and unique rocky clay soils slow cherry maturation. Serving as a testing ground for over fifty varietals, the farm employs pine and grevillea plantings to stabilize terrain against landslides. All beans are processed at the family’s Finca El Fuerte facility.
