Finca El Cedral comes from the Monge Quirós Family's farm in Costa Rica. This year presented challenges with an extended rainy season that brought fungal diseases like roya and ojo de gallo, causing inconsistent cherry maturation. Doña Emilia and her son Luis Fernando are taking a proactive approach, replanting 500 coffee trees with Red and Yellow Catuaí varieties to strengthen future harvests.
