This natural-process Geisha from Finca Sophia's Colibrí plot in Nueva Suiza, Panama offers an aromatic cup of orange blossom and red fruits. The palate reveals notes of red plum, grape, and clementine, leading to a smooth, silky mouthfeel with a black tea and floral finish. Hand-harvested cherries were carefully selected and dried on African beds before final drying in the darkroom to achieve optimal moisture content.
